Sponsorship and Exhibition Conditions

  • Nepal Cancer Relief Society and the Conference Organizing Committee reserve the right to accept or reject any application for sponsorship at its absolute and unfettered discretion with the return of any deposit paid.
  • Payment Terms – 50% deposit required at the time of confirmation of sponsorship. 50% final installment required by 1st January 2018.
